We provide the following payment methods:

2. Credit Card (MasterCard and Visa)
3. eWallet (Touch N Go, GrabPay, boost, MAE, Razer Cash)

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
After your order has been confirmed, the order will be processed as soon as possible, usually within the next working day..

Working days denote Monday to Friday between 10am to 4.30pm, excluding weekends and national holidays.

Do note that orders normally take an average of 3-7 (West Malaysia), 7-10 (East Malaysia) working days to process and for delivery. 

That duration may be further delayed should orders be placed on the eve of public holidays, over public holidays and weekends as well as other extenuating situations which may inhibit the normal operations to process and deliver the orders.

EXCHANGE & RETURNS
Unused, unwashed regular priced item(s) in their original state with original tags and receipt may be exchanged.

  • The following timeframes apply:
    • Online (Malaysia): 30 days from date of delivery
    • Purchase from store: 30 days from date of purchase
  • Proof of purchase must be included with the returned merchandise. 
  • Exchange can only be made once per order number. Meaning that any item(s) requested for exchange or return (terms apply) cannot be returned or exchanged the consequent time. 
  • The management reserves the right to limit or refuse an exchange or return.
  • The above terms and conditions may be changed, revised and/or altered without prior notice.
  • We will not provide a refund via any other means (i.e. cash, in physical store credit, same mode of payment, bank-in to your account etc.) for any reason and will not entertain any request to do so.

We will require the following information from you:
-Copy of the original receipt (if bought from Store)

-Order Confirmation Number (for Online)
-Name
-Mobile Number
-Email (the same one used to purchase Online)

Once we have checked and confirmed the details of exchange or return, please pack your item in original shipping packaging, using a REGISTERED postal service and mail your item to:
